I have a strong passion for empowering people to improve and maintain a higher quality of health in a safe and natural way. By listening and understanding my patients needs and concerns, I can create an individualized treatment plan to eliminate pain and help them on their path to optimum health.
I bring over 25 years of experience as a chiropractor. After completing my undergraduate education at the University of Toronto, obtaining a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in pharmacology, I continued my education at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College and graduated Magnum Cum Laude as a Doctor of Chiropractic. I also hold a certificate in Clinical Acupuncture, and subsequent studies in Low Back Disorders (Discs) and Lumbar Central Stenosis.
I have had the pleasure of treating patients ranging from newborn babies to professional athletes. I address concerns relating to the joints, nerves and muscles, sports injuries, postural/work strains and wellness care. Treatment methods include adjustments, mobilizations, soft tissue, acupuncture, rehabilitative exercise, kinesiotaping, fascial release, and muscle strain / counter strain work.
